Who this is for
- Offices and co-working spaces: AC service, electrical faults, plumbing, generator and UPS, furniture and fit-out repairs
- Restaurants and cafes: kitchen AC and exhaust, fridges and deep freezers, gas lines, generators, the water motor that fails on a Friday
- Delivery and ride-hailing fleets: riders and captains who work with platforms like Bykea, inDrive and Foodpanda, and the fleet owners who rent them bikes. Oil change, brake pads, chain and sprocket, punctures, tuning, and the car mechanic when a captain's car stops
We name those platforms because that is who the riders work for, not because we have an agreement with any of them. If you run a fleet of ten bikes or a thousand, the same page applies.
What we offer
- A company code. Your staff or riders use it when they post a job. Every job with your code is grouped under your account, so you see what was fixed, by whom, and for how much.
- One WhatsApp line. A named person on our team who knows your locations and your usual problems. If a mechanic did not turn up, that person sorts it.
- Mechanics near your hubs. For a fleet with volume, we put a fixed price list for routine jobs (oil change, pads, chain, puncture) to registered bike mechanics near each hub and tell you which ones agreed to it. Your riders then know the price before they go.
- A monthly statement. Jobs, trades, spend, and any problems, in one message you can forward to finance.
How payment works
Today the person who books pays the kaarigar directly, cash or wallet, after the agreed job. Riders can pay and claim it back on your usual process, and the job record on Mechanics4U is the proof. Monthly invoicing to the company is something we set up with a partner once the volume justifies it; say so in the form and we will talk about it.
What we ask
- A named contact who can make decisions
- Roughly how many bikes, cars or sites, and in which cities
- Honest feedback on the first ten jobs. That is how we find the right mechanics for you
Rider ki bike kharab, kaam ruk gaya, paisa gaya. Hum us gap ko chhota karte hain.
Mechanics4U is a marketplace. Mechanics on it are independent kaarigars whose CNIC our team has checked; they quote their own price and do the work themselves. We are not a workshop and we do not employ mechanics.
