Insurance and Warranty

Appliance brands and insurers need a service network that reaches every city in Pakistan and can show, for every claim, who did the job and when. We are in discussion with a few; nothing is signed yet.

Where this stands

In discussion. We are talking to a few appliance brands and insurers about Mechanics4U becoming the service network behind their warranties and policies. No partner is named here because none is signed. When one is, this page will say so plainly.

The problem we can solve

A brand sells a fridge in Sukkur, a geyser in Abbottabad, an AC in Bahria Town. The warranty says a technician will come. The brand's own service centres are in eight cities; the customer is in the ninth. The insurer has the same gap: a policy that covers appliance breakdown, and no reliable way to get someone to the door and prove they went.

What we could be

  1. The network. Registered kaarigars in 181 cities and districts, each with a CNIC our team has checked by hand, by trade: AC and refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, appliances, auto.
  2. The record. Every claim becomes a job on Mechanics4U: what was reported, who attended, when, photos, what was done, what the customer said after. The claim file writes itself.
  3. The cover. Our 48-hour re-work rule already applies: same fault back within 48 hours, same kaarigar returns, no labour charge. A warranty partner can build on it.
  4. The languages. Claims and jobs work in English, Roman Urdu and Urdu, which matters when the customer is a grandmother in Multan and the technician is from Muzaffargarh.

Warranty ka wada har shehar mein poora ho, yeh humara kaam hai.

What we would need from a partner

What we are not

We are not an insurer and we do not sell warranties. We are not the authorised service agent of any brand. The kaarigars on Mechanics4U are independent; they do the work and are paid for it. What we bring is the network, the identity check and the record.

This page describes a programme under discussion. Nothing here is an offer to consumers, and no brand or insurer named anywhere on Mechanics4U should be read as a partner unless this page says so.
