What you get
How it works
Switch on teaching
In the app, open Learn and turn on "I teach". Add what you teach, where, which days and your usual fee. It takes two minutes.
App mein Learn kholein, "I teach" on karein.
Students post, you reply
When someone in your city posts that they want to learn your trade, you see it. Reply with your fee, days and hours. Only reply to the ones you actually want.
Student post kare, aap fee aur din bhejein.
They accept, you start
When a student accepts, you get their number and they get yours. Agree the first day in the chat so there is a record, then teach.
Accept hote hi number milein, kaam shuru.
You set the terms
- The fee. Monthly, per course, or free in return for workshop help. Write it in your reply; the student agrees before anything starts. The student pays you directly and Mechanics4U takes nothing from the teaching fee today.
- The schedule. Mornings, evenings, Sundays, three days a week. Whatever fits around your paying jobs.
- The place. Your workshop, your shop, or on site with you. You decide.
- The student. You see their profile and message before you accept. Take one or several, and switch teaching off whenever you are full.
Who qualifies
You are a registered kaarigar on Mechanics4U with a CNIC on file that our team has looked at, front and back. You have a few years of real work in your trade and somewhere to teach it. That is it. No certificate, no institute, no paperwork. Sikhane ke liye degree nahi, tajurba chahiye.
If you are not registered yet, register free. The first 100 kaarigars pay nothing and keep the Founding Kaarigar badge for good. Questions before you switch teaching on? A person answers on WhatsApp 0313 2813999.
Institute partners
Run a training institute or a technical school?
Institutes join Mechanics4U through a separate partner programme: a listing on the learn pages for your city, students who post on Mechanics4U see your courses, and your graduates can register as kaarigars with a path straight into work. There is a verified-institute mark that our team adds after a visit or a call.
Questions people ask
How much can I charge?
Whatever you decide. Ustaads on the platform charge anything from a small monthly fee to a per-course amount, and some take a learner for free in exchange for help in the workshop. You write the fee in your reply and the student agrees before anything starts.
Does Mechanics4U take a share of the fee?
No. The student pays you directly. Mechanics4U takes nothing from the teaching fee today. If that ever changes it will be announced before it applies.
How many students can I take?
As many or as few as you want. Most ustaads take one or two at a time so they can actually teach. You can switch teaching off any time and the requests stop.
Do I need a certificate to teach?
No. You need real experience, a place to teach and a CNIC on file. A student learns from what you do, not from a paper.
What if a learner does not turn up or does not pay?
Stop the lessons and tell us. A learner who does not keep their agreement gets a note on their account, and repeat cases are removed. Agree the fee and the days in the chat before the first lesson so there is a record.
Can an institute join the same way?
Institutes join through the partner programme, not as a single ustaad. See the Training institutes partner page.
