Does it cost anything to post?
No. Posting is free and there is no charge to the customer. You pay the kaarigar you choose, directly, the price you agreed. Mechanics4U takes no cut from the customer today.
Do I need an account?
Not to start. You can write the job first. We ask for a mobile number before kaarigars can reply, so that the one you choose can reach you.
Who sees my phone number?
Only the kaarigar you choose, and only after you choose. Until then kaarigars see the job, not you.
How fast do replies come?
During the day, usually within the hour in the big cities. Evenings and smaller towns take longer. Choose an urgent slot if it cannot wait.
Are the kaarigars checked?
Every registered kaarigar has their name, number, city and both sides of their CNIC on file, and a person on our team compared the card with the account before the profile went live.
What if the fault comes back?
If the same fault returns within 48 hours of a finished job, the same kaarigar returns and fixes it with no labour charge. Parts are separate. See the 48-hour guarantee page.
