What a plan covers
Who it is for
- Housing societies and apartment buildings with shared pumps, tanks, lifts, generators and corridors that nobody owns but everybody needs.
- Offices that would rather have one number than a drawer full of business cards.
- Schools, where a broken fan or a leaking tap in a classroom cannot wait for the committee to meet.
- Restaurants and cafes, where a kitchen exhaust, a chiller or a geyser going down costs a day's takings.
How it works
Request a proposal
Fill the form below or WhatsApp us. Tell us the type of building, roughly how many units or rooms, and what usually breaks.
Short survey, written proposal
A person visits or calls, walks the shared areas, and sends a proposal: what is covered, the monthly visit checklist, response hours, and one annual fee.
Sign and start
Sign, get your contact line, meet your kaarigars at the first visit. Nothing is charged until you sign.
What it costs
We do not print a price list because a 12-flat building and a 200-flat society are not the same job. The proposal states one annual fee and exactly what it includes. Labour for covered work is in the fee; parts are charged at cost and agreed with your contact before they are fitted. Mechanics4U is a marketplace, so the kaarigars who visit are registered kaarigars on the platform, paid through the plan for covered work, and the same 48-hour re-work cover applies to every visit.

Questions people ask
What does a plan cost?
It depends on the size of the building, the number of units and what you want covered, so we do not print a price list. After a short survey you get a written proposal with one annual fee and exactly what it includes. Nothing is charged until you sign.
Are parts included?
Labour for covered work is included in the plan. Parts are charged at cost and agreed with your contact before they are fitted, and they appear on the same monthly invoice.
Who are the kaarigars?
Registered Mechanics4U kaarigars with a CNIC on file that a person on our team has looked at, front and back, chosen for your plan by rating and by how close they are to you. You meet them at the first visit and the same faces come back.
What about emergencies at night?
Your plan contact line is answered during the hours written in your proposal. Plans for buildings with lifts, water pumps or generators usually include a night and holiday line; say so on the form.
Can we start with a few months?
Plans are annual because monthly visits only pay off over a year. If you want to try first, book individual jobs on Mechanics4U as normal; every job is free to post and covered by the 48-hour guarantee.
Is this available outside Karachi?
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi first. Other cities are considered case by case, depending on how many kaarigars we have nearby; ask on the form.
