A point is one water or drain connection: a tap, a shower, a commode, a wash basin, a sink, a washing machine outlet. A full bathroom is typically six to nine points. The per-point rate usually covers cutting the wall or floor, laying PPR or PVC pipe, fittings, testing and closing up, but not the sanitary ware itself. Ask whether the concealed pipe (PPR, PVC or GI) and the elbows and tees are included; they often are, the taps and commode never are.
